Liposuction Escondido, CA

Embarrassed by bulging fat pads in the outer thighs (“saddlebags), flanks (“love handles),” tummy, knees or neck (“double chin”)? Tried dieting and exercising these problem spots away and failed? The liposculpting might eliminate your embarrassment.
LIPOPLASTY (Liposuction Surgery)
This “magical” technique can remove liters of fat through incisions smaller than you little finger tip. The results are noticeable right after the procedure. Just wear a compression garment for 6 weeks post op for best results. Most liposculpting patients resume their normal activity 3 days after the procedure. They enjoy their streamlined body silhouette with all their body parts in harmony.
However, liposuction can lead to risks if one is not careful. Contrary to popular belief, liposuction is not as simple as using a vacuum to remove the amount of fat a client wants. Liposuction involves removing fat cells from specific areas of the body that do not respond well to diet and exercise. The procedure requires precision and is not a cure-all solution for weight loss. That being said, liposuction can efficiently target specific areas of the body to help keep a client’s weight stable.
Our procedure will target specific areas of the body, such as the:
- Arms
- Calves and ankles
- Buttocks
- Chest and back
- Hips and thighs
- Neck
- Abdomen
The areas of the body that we target will depend entirely on the client’s desires and what we can effectively remove that will not negatively impact a client’s health. If the client has a condition that prevents surgery such as diabetes, restricted blood flow or coronary artery disease, Dr. Kadesky may not be able to perform the liposuction procedure.
The process for liposuction
The process for the liposuction procedure will depend on the areas of the body that we remove the fat from. In most cases, the client will take anesthesia to remain asleep during the procedure. With the use of anesthesia, the client will not feel any pain during the procedure. The length of the procedure may take up to several hours, depending on the extent of the fat removal.
In many cases, the client will wake up after the procedure and return home after a few hours. In other cases, the client may need to stay at a hospital overnight. Following the procedure, there are a few things the client needs to prepare for the body to heal properly.
First and foremost, there may be some pain, bruising and swelling on the areas of the extraction points. The client may need to wait a few days before returning to work or a typical lifestyle. Second, some clients may need to wear compression garments to reduce swelling in that area. Fortunately, these symptoms will dissipate in a few weeks as long as the client follows the recommended steps of Dr. Kadesky.
Following a procedure, we will go over all the necessary steps one needs to take and schedule any follow-up appointments if necessary. Clients will be able to return home and begin the path to life with a new slimmer body. If you are considering a form of liposuction as treatment, do not hesitate to give us a call at (760) 201-4091.
